- Remitir, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia a la Sala Civil Familia del Tribunal Superior de Cartagena, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, decida la accion de tutela de Gennys Helena Rodriguez contra Accion Social, el Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la Republica, los Ministerios de Hacienda y Credito Publico, de la Proteccion Social, de Agricultura, y de Educacion, Corvivienda, Incoder, la Alcaldia Distrital de Cartagena de Indias y la Gobernacion de Bolivar.
